Alex and Chris met through mutual friends in college and have been together for 8 beautiful years. They are the definition of cool and easy going; a genuinely kind and laid back couple who love going to the beach, trying new breweries and eateries, and being outdoors. I actually met Alex while working part-time at Anthropologie a few years ago and Chris shortly after. Tyler and I would often hang out with them and others from work and go out for drinks pretty regularly back then. It’s always such a huge honor when your friends ask you to take their engagement photos and I knew I wanted to create a session that felt very true to them. As nature and beach lovers I figured that would be an easy task for me! We first went to the gardens at the Sundy House in Delray and then made our way to Atlantic Dunes Park.

“I would highly recommend that you let Melissa work her fairytale magic and hire her for your engagement photos. I have always been drawn to her style and that gorgeous ethereal glow she always captures so well. She coordinated my and my fiancé’s outfits with our locations and created three distinct and unique color palettes. My fiancé and I had never gotten professional photos taken of us in the past but she knew exactly how she wanted us to pose for each shot. It was honestly so much fun and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She fixed our hair, took her time and made sure we were in the right direction of the wind. Amazing attention to detail. Every photo I received was beautiful and I am having the hardest time deciding which to use for our save the dates!”
